- Select 18 gauge for any healed piercing or if you are getting a new lobe piercing – will come with a shorter 1/4″ length push pin flat back
- Select 16 gauge for any healed specialty piercing or if you are getting a new specialty piercing – will come with a 5/16″ length push pin flat back
- 18 gauge is thinner than 16 gauge and is standard for any healed piercings
